Hi guys,

Just seen the exchange rate for the pound to the zloty, cant believe its now under 5. I remember just a year or so ago when it was well over 6. Hopefully it will rise again soon! Im going to Gdansk for a weeked before Christmas. if there is anyone there with any advice on things to do over the weekend, places to visit etc please let me know.

Thanks,

MandM

You voted for Brexit? The decline in the pound was inevitable. Stew in your own juices.

Yes buddy. Sorrow took over the streets of Olsztyn. I have seen even 4.698. On the 1000 pounds salary it is 1000 zloty loss each month.

I have this hot potato too. Fortunately not a lot.

Yes. It will affect a lot of families here who depend on someone sending back as much of their wage as they can.
