There is a place in Krakow where a plane crashed many years ago. Luckily, no one was hurt as both crew and passengers managed to leap out in time.

Today, the site is commemorated with this wing which was left sticking out of the ground after the crash.

Shame it is vandalized with graffiti.

Yes, they write various things on it. Most of these vandals know nothing about the crash. They only see vertical surface to dribble on.

Favourite pastime of kids in my area is playing on closed rail tracks. They spend there day and night.

I love driving through slum districts in Cracow and looking at their shabby dwellings, admiring people`s ingenuity in collecting all kinds of stuff from nearby dump sites and fitting it onto their houses to protect themselves from cold, pigeons or nosy onlookers. When there is a will, there is a way.

The old cults hold strong. Here, worshippers of the pagan god Swiatowit whose statue is located near Wawel Castle. What a shame, such cults in catholic Poland.

Wanted to share this with you:

It is a photographic tour of Krakow that I thought was quite nicely photographed. Credits go for their respective owners - I have nothing to do with this.
