Yes.

1. Polish version of a baseball with live mice

Not quite. It`s mice playing hide and seek. A very exciting game: the grey guy is hiding, as you can see, and the white and black ones are looking for him....

my riddle was too difficult..but this interesting story..

this is complex called Giant (german 'Riese' in Sowie Mountains made by Hitler's construction specialists,at the cost of 150 million marks and an unknown number of human lives there are more than 200,000 cubic meters of tunnels, over an area of nearly 200 square kilometers. construction was started in 1943 and was planned to finish in 1948.

was made to hide arms industry for a fear of aliant's air attacs and probably to build ther V1 and V2 rockets. there was also one of Hitler's headquarters.

Why is walking on the wall dangeorus?

There is a very old law allowing you to be shot with a crossbow if you are spotted on the wall? (It is probably not true but do I get a point for being interesting? ha ha ha)

What monument contains such an element?

Must be some communist monument and the sculptor thought he'd put in a joke?

What did my kids do behind those bins in the backyard next to posh New World Street?

? eehhh, They turned the bins over and spelled new world street with the rubbish?
They painted profane words on the other side of the bins?

What structure is it?

Glass and steel, on a green house?

What is the man doing in famous historical £azienki Park?

He is hiding from his mum who wants to wash him, I have no idea....

Why is walking on the wall dangeorus?

You can get two points for being imaginative. In fact walking on the wall attracts various rogues who try to shoot you down...

What monument contains such an element?

Must be some communist monument and the sculptor thought he'd put in a joke?

Nope. Quite the opposite, it is very anticommunist.

They painted profane words on the other side of the bins?

Yes, they sprayed the bins but not with paint.....

4What structure is it?

It is the New Warsaw Uni Library, a very beautiful place.

He is hiding from his mum who wants to wash him, I have no idea....

He is playing Warsaw leapfrog. When a passer-by comes along he leaps over them.

tai chi?

Nice guesses but the truth is more banal: the guy is teasing the park squirrels.

How do you tease a squirrel? Find an empty nut shell somewhere on the park path. Crouch down and extend your arm with the shell, offering it to the animal. When the squirrel takes the shell and finds out it`s empty, laugh out loudly.

molotov coctail? maybe WU monument?

Yes, Warsaw Rising monument.
