To fly directly to Poland or cheaper to fly to Frankfurt, London first?

Hello All,

I will be visiting Poland in July 2014 and wanted to know if it would be cheaper for me to fly from Melbourne, Australia direct to Warsaw or fly to somewhere else in Europe first then get a cheap connecting flight or train.
