Bus and tram drivers in Poland are hated

Is it possible to hate bus and tram drivers more than I do right now?

lol try some NYC cab drivers:) sit in the back seat holding the armrests and hand over your head hitting the roof esp if you take a ride at non rush hours!

In NYC, commuting to or from the uni, I once saw how am elderly lady blocked the door which the bus driver tried to shut. She did it to give enough time for her female friend to run and get on the bus. The driver got pisssed off and started shouting - You have no right to do such shyt on my bus! It is my fekking bus! I am the boss here and decide when to open and close the door!

I was really shocked because it reminded me communist times so much.

What do you think? Was the lady`s act justified or not?
