From Katowice to Lodz and Czestochowa by train

I am planning to go to Barcelona in June 2011 and it seems that the easiest way to get back to Lodz (where I stay) would be to fly to Katowice. I will be arriving at the Katowice airport at about 17:30. Can any-one please help me with directions from the airport to the trainstation? Are there regular trains between the two? And how much would a ticket cost?

might be quicker to go to czestochowa by bus from the airport, and then take a train/bus to lodz from there.

You can take bus (there is no train from pyrzowice airport to katowice)

Merged: Local train schedules from Katowice to Czestochowa?

I am trying to assist a client who is traveling from Katowice to Czestochowa. Does anyone know of a website where I can find a schedule for this route? It does not exist with RailEurope. He has a European East Pass and has a reservation from Ostrava to Katowice. I just trying to find something in print that he can take with him so that when he gets to Katowice he can see the train that has been suggested (#32 @ 13:33 on May 5th).
