do college students in Poland often get scholarships from English speaking countries ( Us, Uk, Canada...) ? for example I can see there is something like annual scholarships for students of UW? thanks for your opinions :)
The most popular scholarship program in Poland is Erasmus and it's a European Union (EU) student exchange programme - more than 16 thousand of Polish students were on a scholarship in one of the EU country two years ago. Only UK option for you, and according to Erasmus statistics only 800 person from Poland had possibility to go to this country in the 2012/2013 academic year.

In regard to USA, Poland signed an agreement with this country on the basis of which was formed the Polish-U.S. Fulbright Commission - here is the website:

However it seems that only Master students and graduates have opportunity to participate in Fulbright.

It's not easy to get foreign scholarship in Poland - you must be one of the top students to be awarded with it. It's even harder to obtain scholarship in English speaking countries - the competition is highest here.
The priorities:
High average grades from last semesters (at least 3.8/4.0), foreign language fluency, participation in extra-curricular activities at university, activity in the non-governmental organizations is a plus.
