Boarding schools for elementary aged children in Poland?

I was wondering if anyone is aware of any boarding schools in Poland that take children in grade 2? Or schools that have an option to have the child board with a family close by? Please let me know. Thanks:)

According to this link, I think it's unlikely, they are mainly for secondary school students:

There's apparently one, but only for girls in some Catholic school.

But about boarding with a family - that's quite possible, I think. Probably the biggest hurdle would be getting the kid registered for the school in this case.
