Entry into University of Warsaw - What exams I need to pass? Level of Polish and two other languages

Hello. I'm going to go to Poland next year. I want to enter the Warsaw University, Department of Applied Linguistics (Polish-English-Spanish). What exams (subjects and questions) I need to pass? And another question: how well I need to know all three languages (Polish and two additional languages) ​​to enroll at university (to my knowledge a third language learning from scratch). there are requirements explained. It's written that the language is Polish, so Polish language certificate from ministry or good enough knowledge confirmed by accepting university is one of requirements.
