Rent in Lublin - approximate cost?

Does anyone know what I should expect to pay for a 50-70m, 2-3 room flat in Lublin? I've been looking online at flats in Srodmiescie and near LSM. I'll be teaching at KUL, so I'd like to be relatively close. Prices seem to be much lower in the southern part of the city, but prices vary so much, it's hard for me to tell. Also, if anyone knows any agencies, I'd be greatful for the advice. I have a contact who's supposed to help me find a place, but she's pretty busy and might not have the time this fall. Dziękuję!
