How to rent an apartment in Wroclaw for just 1-3 months?

How can anyone rent an apartment in Wroclaw for just 1-3 months?

What is the best method / contract / place to find an apartment to rent for less than 6 months - 1 year?

Because there is a large market for 1-7 days hotel style rentals and also for longtime rentals 6 months - few years.

But I think I am not the only one needing to rent just for 1-3 months.

So what are the best options how to do this?

Sometimes you can find an apartment that rents month to month - lots of housing in wroclaw. I reccommend you check out the classifieds of some local newspapers.

If you can't find one like this (ie: if you dont speak polish), then sign a lease for 6 months - 1 year and take off after 3 months without telling anyone. They won't come chasing after you because it is too much of a hassle.

ok for example if you make a contract of rental for indefinite time - is that possible?

and you pay usually the rent in advance plus deposit... if you leave after first month... you lose the deposit also I think... true?
