Ive been interested to read about Polish agricultural land prices and they are on the rise, certainly. However, there are still bargains to be had -- I have bought and sold many plots over recent years and while profits are not overnight they are steady over the mid term (3-4 years). I have had the latter for years and never had any transaction problems or long delays.
