Its merely the capitalist profit machine doing what it does best.....exploiting the people.

I think Juche under Kim Jong Un is the way to go.

its keep the rich richer at the expense of the poor....period

Or did it give millions of Poles access to their own housing for the first time ever. A place they could turn on the heating when they wanted, didn't have to smell everyone else's kapusta on the stairwell and could decorate how they wanted. How many of these people have lost their homes since 2008 ? Very few. Without banks then there would be no way to make this advance in the standard of living here.

Of course there are huge flaws in the system but the result of the failure of capitalism has at worst been a 5-10% fall in living standards. The results of the failures of socialism range from 1980s Poland with its queues and failing society to North Korea where people are eating grass to survive.

Do they own it? No mortgage payments along with a hefty fee for nothing?

didn't have to smell everyone else's kapusta on the stairwell

What are you talking about? do you even know? Cabbage factor in finances, cabbage for brains?, smell of the cabbage in the mooring? what is all that cabbage about?

How many of these people have lost their homes since 2008 ? V

How long do they have to pay to paid it off? Till they are 67 or till they drop dead?

Yeah Hail to the banks they made your dream came true; they will improve your standard of living and make your life easier and care-fee err free that is. Are banks not great?

I think Juche under Kim Jong Un is the way to go.

why don't you take an extreme polar opposite in an attempt to make a ridiculous point a bit more.

And if the exchange rate had moved the other way they no doubt would be congratulating themselves on their genius.

I already commented that above, in fact ive commented that a few times on this forum over the years.

How many of these people have lost their homes since 2008 ? Very few.

Thousands, especially overseas investors who could walk away easier. In any case its the banks that had the real problem here, "owe the bank 10,000 and you have a problem owe them 10,000,000 and they have a problem", they were massively over exposed on this, i think they were willing to listen rather than foot the bill.

Or did it give millions of Poles access to their own housing for the first time ever.

At massively over inflated prices caused by a huge property bubble with foreign currency mortgages fluctuating with the wind!! one has to ask the question: at what cost? virtually any person who invested in Polish property from the 1st 1/4 quarter of 2008 AND with a Swiss Franc mortgage should and will be kicking themselves.

The results of the failures of socialism range from 1980s Poland with its queues and failing society to North Korea where people are eating grass to survive.

Youre mainly focusing on the countries which suit your agenda, you could add the nordic model countries of Europe with their socialist aspects. I'm not saying capitalism is all bad, im saying its played its part in the evolution of humanity and that it is now mostly detrimental.

How long do they have to pay to paid it off? Till they are 67 or till they drop dead?

Exactly, there's no such thing as a free lunch. The banks aren't there to help us, its the complete opposite.

It's the only true communist country left. If 'capitalism' is the problem, then surely things must be far better in the only country in the world that rejects capitalism. Have you never considered leaving for a better life there?

Thats like an Italian person saying if you don't like Pizza then you must eat Pasta, totally ignoring the fact that there are lots of other foods available - a completely black and white attitude. What do you think of the scientific method applied to best serve humanity?

No everyone is aware especially in Poland that nowadays so called experts are just for the most part advertisement agents.

LOL the experts are the ones who get paid when a deal is done, independent expert is another story however, the in house experts are all on the friggen mortgage companies payroll. Who wouldn't tell a white (actually BLACK) lie when they have bills to pay and children to feed? The free market breeds corruption by its very being.

Anybody ever told a little lie in order to get paid? considering we all need money to survive? I know i have.

When i used to fit out apartments I used to buy the cheapest tiles, why the hell would i pay 100 PLN / m2 when you can buy ones for 15 PLN / m2 and they look the same? i wouldn't give a crap about whether they used to smash and chip if you dropped a plate on them, why would I? Understand that ~ understand capitalism..... Were all shafting each other for money.

I would argue that it gave Poles access to better housing than they could afford due to the instability of the Złoty.

I'm led to believe that despite it all, those that held CHF mortgages over a longer term will still be significantly ahead of their peers with PLN mortgages. If interest rates in Poland climb significantly, then those with CHF mortgages will be laughing, particularly as a rise in CHF interest rates is highly unlikely in the medium term.

And you know what that 'scientific' method is, how you are going persuade humanity to adopt it without a fight and how it will work in practice (despite it never actually having been tried).

In that case, you must be the wisest person on the planet.

I do actually, im smart but not the smartest, im merely embracing the fact that we are standing on the shoulders of giants. Come on you can do better than that. I'm getting quite bored with you Szczecin, come on turn the intelligence level up a bit - apart from the obvious venom you spout (which is entertaining and well thought out) you're really quite the thicko.

I gotta say you hide the fact that you're limited extremely well.
