Good Morning,

It's a lovely sunny morning here is Piaseczno, I hope it is there where you are too.

I have a question, I want to by some land in Wilcza Gora, I have seen the land and I'm going to gmina Lesznowola to get the plot number then Gmina Piaseczno to get the land registry (equivalent) information today, but before I make an offer I want to find out if there is any credit secured against the land, is there any way of doing this?

Thanks,
Harry

That information should be entered into the land and mortgage register entry for that plot of land. The general rule is that if no information has been entered, there are no debts secured on the land.

Great!

Thanks a lot for the info.

Hey,

I was wondering if someone can have a look at this quickly and tell me if the credit is still secured against the land.

Many thanks,

There still seems to be credit attached to the land, with two payment deadlines, both past. You'd have to look a bit further (it gives the index number of the documents) to know if the credit has been satisfied and if so, have the charge on the land removed from the documents.the fact that there is still a charge suggests that there is still outstanding credit. You need to consult a lawyer.

papieza, as jon357 suggests, get yourself a real estate lawyer, trying to save a few sheckles makes no sense as you will either pay at the beginning or pay much more at the end. Shorts cuts are not advised in Poland, unless you have specialized skills.
