What is happening on the CRE market in Poland?
What new projects are getting started? finished? looking for financing?

What is happening in some of the secondary cities?

Log on to the Warsaw Business Journal and look in the office section from the real estate drop down menu. It should tell you what you need to know.

I find it extremely unlikely that this post is made by the real Craig Smith. I know Craig and I know who works for him. I would very much imagine that they are just a touch better informed than anybody who posts here.

Could it be our forum nutter in yet another disguise....?

No. Our forum nutter is only interested in residential property (and particularly that in Krakow, where he wants to buy a flat but can't afford one). europaproperty is a trade publication and so focuses on all types of property.

Merged: How to find buyer/investors for commercial estates in Poland!

Hi, I have 4 commercial estates in Poland (warehouses, old factory) 20 000-70 000 m 2 of land in good locations. I know that a lot of investors are looking for good place in Poland to move their business. Could you help me how to find someone interested.

Thank You

I know that a lot of investors are looking for good place in Poland to move their business.

I doubt that the number of potential investors in Poland is high. Too much bureaucracy, taxes and costs are too high too. Still, you could focus on Chinese market - they have the money these days and are potentially the biggest investors in Poland ;).
