Maciek_G 4 | 18 20 Feb 2013 #1So I was born in Poland and at the age of 7 my family and I moved to Canada, now I'm 25 and I'd like to buy a summer/2nd home in Płock or maybe Warszawa. Is there going to be a problem with the fact that I've been gone for so long? Am I going to be drafted to the army if I decide to stay for a year or two? Also what are some of the better sites for real estate in Poland?
jasondmzk 20 Feb 2013 #2The area outside of Krakow is really becoming a hotbed for foreign professionals looking to get twenty times the house they could get for the same price in the states.
