Accommodation Medium term [1 month] in Poland for 2000zl. Paying gas, electricity, water?

I'm just back from Poland for a three week stay with my girlfriend, we stayed with her grandparents (unfortunately) so our freedom of staying up late and being able to make noise at night was somewhat limited.

I'm already planing on returning to Poland next year, but not to Przemyśl this time.
I definitely wont be considering Kraków or Warszawa simply as I'm not interested in visiting them at the moment.

My question is; What is the best kind of accommodation to fit two adults for a month, I'd be willing to pay up to 2,000Z£ just for the accommodation.

- Will I expect to pay gas, electricity & water?
- What kind of quality of accommodation can I expect
- How central am I looking - If Not central how often do buses run and how far. [Central = A plus]

I am also very interested in peoples experiences and where in Poland they have found nice and how they're stay went.

Thanks a lot for? If your referring to my desire not to go back to Przemyśl its because I've spent ten days their in February and three weeks just now there. Kraków & Warszaw are off the menu for now as I simply don't want to see the big more modern city's for now.

For that price you can expect to rent 2 or 3 rooms in quite comfortable flat, well equipped, with internet and tv - near/or in the center of a medium sized city, maybe in not much popular area like at the see or in the mountains, but for example in the town like Malbork. Of course more "holiday" places are also available with this price, but them may be smaller, and not in great location.

Renting in Poland implies that you will pay the fixed rent rate plus electricity and gas mostly.
