Poland is set to get Vilnius back via its fifth column in the city.

I'm scared those Poles encouraged by recent events in the south of Ukraine may take similar step and tear Vilnius with adjoining areas from rest of Lithuania. I'm a municipal city structures employee and I've noticed one trend just recently.

Many Lithuanians are quickly transforming into Poles! I am sure they are in fact ethnic Poles but they preferred to hide their nationality before when being a Lithuanian citizen was quite profitable for them. All the Poles in Vilnius think too much of themselves, so brazenly of them!

Now those Poles at trying to show they are more Poland loyal and they see double citizenship status as sort of way to demonstrate this loyalty and act sort of fifth column here. I mean they are going to demand autonomous status for Vilnius and the adjoining areas sooner or later and then they will go back into Poland together with this land! I was born in a Lithuanian family in Vilnius and I hate it to become a Polish city you know!

I think now that our authorities made a huge error when they granted Lithuanian citizenship to all the locals ignoring their ethnic status. They shouldn't have done it! Those Poles should have been kicked out into their Poland in 90s and now they may well kick us out of Vilnius!

Kick you out of Vilnius? who said you have to leave. probably should of not suppressed them for so long and realize this is just as much there land as it is yours. They make approximately 7% of the population at least

Ok , I know "Bad Poles" always trying to cause trouble. That's how it is in Lithuania right?

Let me guess: you specialise in the underneath of bridges, right? And that is where you can most commonly be found.

I believe the phrase is 'fol de rol', isn't it?

I very much doubt this seeing as a joint Lithuanian/Polish/Ukrainianian military Brigade is agreed on; LITPOLUKBRIG.
