The shame of Duda making late night visits to Kaczyński

the minority who voted

Know of any other party in Poland or elsewhere that won a majority vote?
Anyway, that's not important. The main thing is that PO got voted out of office and the post-commie scum landed in the gutter, where they belong!

All we are saying is: GIVE PiS A CHANCE!.

No.

Is that clear enough?

I reckon some people are just made to pointlessly pound the pavement and rant and chant futile, meaningless slogans. If that's ypur thing, go for it. There's no law agaisnt it!

GIVE PiS A CHANCE!

The tens of thousands of ordinary people who have attended the Polish pro-democracy rallies reckon they spoil their chance as soon as Kaczynski got the keys (did he have them cut himself) to the office.

ordinary people

The ordinary marchers are the useful idiots who don't realise they're marching for a bunch of cynical,power-mad political losers who can't wait to get back to the trough. Naturally they are not told al this -- instead it's all neatly wrapepd up in nice-sounding pro-democratic rhetoric. The hapless suckers are in for a rude awakening when the whole KOD project fizzles out and collapses and its leaders true motives emerge.

idiots

A very sad way to describe the ordinary men and women of all ages and backgrounds who attend the rallies. At least you haven't been stupid enough to call them "the wrong sort of Poles" as that creep Kaczynski did. The same sort of contempt that the PiS gang show to the people of Poland and more pertinently to this thread, the same sort of contempt that these weird nocturnal meetings show for Poland.

ordinary men and women

These innocent well-meaning people are a sad and sorry lot becuase they are being used by cynical schemers -- the Petrus, Schetynas, Kijowskis (sorry, Kijowski is too stupid to be a schemer -- he's just a fig leaf!), Neumanns, Michnikites, etc.

There you go again, Po.

It's actually quite insulting to Poles (but at least you haven't called them "the worst sort of Poles" like that idiot Kaczynski) to assume that the people who attend the Polish pro-democracy rallies are somehow duped. The same sort of rhetoric that your paymasters used before 1989 about those Poles who supported the pro-democracy movement back then.

I would question your seems and judgment here, I'm not so sure they are ordinary people. They are people who have vested interest in PO being in charge.

to assume that the people who attend the Polish pro-democracy rallies are somehow duped

Sure they are, those are not a grass roots organization those are demonstrations started by people who lost an election and their supporters, their support base of you will.

They are people who have vested interest in PO being in charge.

I can assure you that many of them have no interest in PO being in charge. Some are Nowoczesna supporters, others support smaller parties, it's quite a diverse mix. I even met some former PiS supporters that were disgusted at what Kaczyński has done.

Likewise - what motivation do I have from PO being in charge? I don't like them particularly much as well.

Sure they are, those are not a grass roots organization those are demonstrations started by people who lost an election and their supporters, their support base of you will.

The organisation of KOD suggests very much otherwise.

Given that PO ran the country so much better, we can say that it's actually in the whole nation's vested interest that the Kaczynski gang go.

I even met some former PiS supporters that were disgusted at what Kaczyński has done.

Indeed. Just any party where there isn't an eminence grisé that has the power to summon the 'president' and that putrid hag Szydlo to their presence in the middle of the night.

There are always some exception to the rule.

The organisation of KOD suggests very much otherwise.

Actually the organization of KOD's suggests things that run contrary to your claims.

Given that PO ran the country so much better

Hahaha! Thank you for giving me a laugh.

we can say that it's actually in the whole nation's vested interest that

Nah, strongly disagree with your narrow point of view, interesting to see that you are questioned result of the democracy election.

presence in the middle of the night.

Afeared of vampires, buy yourself few cloves of garlic that work positively on the way a brain is working, you could benefit from that.

You're another Polish wannabe who can wave 5 Polish passports in people's face without having a stitch of true Polioshness in you. A Pole is chivalrous by nature and would never treat a lady with such disrespect.

Well, given that I closely follow what's going on, I can tell you that it's not true. If it was true, there wouldn't have been some screw-ups along the way. There's a good example that I'm familiar with where - if it had been planned from the beginning - it would never have happened.

, I can tell you that it's not true.

Possibly you are confused as to what the grass roots organizations are all about and the way they work. KOD's are nothing like them.

I know how they work, and KOD reminds me very much of them. If it was genuinely organised by 'other' forces, we wouldn't have seen some terrible screwups that really hurt KOD in the last few weeks.

Chivalry is the resort of the despicable, however firstly, 'lady' is pushing it for female PiSists and secondly I would firmly remind you of the way you refer to more respectable and decent politicians.

If it was genuinely organised by 'other' force

Quite. It's not only a genuine grass-roots movement, however those dark conspiracies like Kaczynski summoning his wretched puppets 'the dud' Duda and the appalling Szydlo for clandestine meetings (always in the middle of the night, then again with his conscience he shouldn't be able to sleep anyway) are conspiring against them and the nation as a whole.

Fortunately without success.
Polonius3 994 | 12,367

more respectable and decent politicians

I have never referred disreseptfully to respectable poltiicians such as Kaczyński, Szydło, Ziobro, Gowin et al, only to Platfus scammers and ex-commie scum. Thank God they've been neutralised to a large extent and the Polish nation can freely develop without their toxic interference.

Chivalry is the resort of the despicable

Sounds like somethign your hero and guru, that ol' perv Wilde would say. I think he also called patriotism the last resort of tyrants or some such nonsense.

So funny, PO, but still the usual nonsense and entirely unsuccessful as an attempt to distract from the point of the thread - specifically that the unelected dictator Kaczynski is summoning his puppet president and his parliamentary sidekick premier to shady meetings in the middle of the night.
