I suggest a new location on the map for Poland!

As demanded in another thread, I hereby open a thread that has never been done before!

Suppose some god knocks at your door and tells you that you are able to move Poland to another geographic location. Where should that be according to you?

Note: it has to be somewhere else than where PL is today. If you state that you like it where it is at the moment, it doesn't count!

Right next to the UK so I can easily drive to see my girl! :D

Nah, for once an original thread is introduced, they keep talking about WW2, 9/11, Polish Females, Polish Males and so on...:(
Fine with me, but don't complain that there are no original themes to discuss. I tried, at least :)

I imagine it in Africa so polish girls will need to remain naked most of the time.

Sokrates

Maybe because I am not Polish? Hm? And maybe you don't get the point of this whole thread?

Edit: I will help you: it's about originality and mainly for fun...But I know fun is a bit awkward for you, eh?

And besides, PL has been moved quite a bit to the West, so you guys should be used to your country moving all over the place :)

Now, if you do not have a suggestion, don't post in this thread, ok?

Somewhere where low-cost airlines won't fly to would be a good start :)

Kinda strange remark coming from somebody who sees a Jewish conspiracy everywhere, isn't it?

Better yet:

Hamtramck, Detroit MI, USA

This is a traditional Polish area of Detroit...Of course, Detroit has been overrun and in the control of Blacks for the last two decades...He is the plan: Poles in the USA and Poland make a strategic alliance with the Jews: We give them complete support in the Middle East, and they help a new, strong Polish Lobby in the US pass new legislation allowing unlimited Polish immigration to America, particularly Hamtramck...As the flow of Poles starts, we form 'Iosef Pilsudski' brigades, something like Israeli Irgun, and we drive Blacks and White trash from all areas adjoining Hamtramck...We rebuild the area, and seize control of the Detroit political base...We turn Hamtramck into a new 'Polish renaissance center' a cosmopolitan area that will attract artists, entrepenuers and the like...We start infiltrating Poles into the area's universities...The 'new Hamtramck' will flourish quickly, and we will obtain seed money for the new creation from the PNA (Polish National Alliance) and possibly some 'progressive' Jewish investors...The new 'renaissance Hamtramck' will be a beacon of hope for the State of Michigan and the whole rust belt in the USA...It will be a shining light for the creative power of ethnic Whites...As a courtesy, we will allow the Jews to build a small, but tasteful 'Holocaust museum', but it will give equal space to Polish victims...Also, we will approve of the building of a tasteful casino/resort center, catering to Eastern Europeans in the USA...I think this is a plan...What think?../Big focus on the arts, using traditional Polish/Eastern European forms as a base for more contemporary and developed genres in music and visual arts...We also encourage fashion arts, and you will see new 'Polish' styles in fashion and culinary forms emerging....Yet we keep in touch with 'blue collar' traditions native to the area...Perhaps Poles will also buy into one of the major Sports franchises in the area, perhaps the Detroit Red Wings hockey club.

Detroit? Just read in the news yesterday that the unemployment rate for 16 to 19 year olds is 57%, and the average is roughly 29%. "Great" place to be, really.

Hamtramck is still Polish...Detroit itself is a disaster...But as I said: We buy it up and take it over...We can call it 'New Poland'.

Let's move Poland somewhere, where it's sunny and warm all year long.

it doesn't count!

what doesn't count, is your opinion of my opinion of where pl ought to be. it ought to be where it is otherwise it wouldn't be pl.

So, where does Poland ought to be? It's been moved around quite a bit over time, hasn't it?
If my opinion about your opinion doesn't count; then does your opinion count at all?

Edit: if you cannot see the humour of this thread and act all offended, then don't reply to this thread. It's supposed to be of dreams and for fun.

No, the western borders finally moved to where they were long time ago, somehow you seem to ignore that fact.

So, where does Poland ought to be? It's been moved around quite a bit over time, hasn't it?

It ought to be where it’s at, Poland has not been moved it just shrunk a little over the centuries therefore it should expend east a bit like to Ural mountains, keep the Russians where they belong on the Asian side of the continent and South of course all the way to Jerusalem.

So by this you admit that Poland has been using other countries' territory for a long time? I'm not ignoring the fact, I don't care about it.

it should expend east a bit like to Ural mountains,

I think you lost it a bit here.

keep the Russians where they belong

Ever heard of "Rus"? That really was to the West of the Ural.

At least most of the other posters see this thread as it was intended, for fun.

How boring. I suggest that we'll move the border to the west coast of the Kamchatka peninsula. Perfect spot - no nasty neighbours to the west or east, just water... ;)

Now How you have reached that conclusion is beyond me.

I'm not ignoring the fact, I don't care about it.

There you go, you not caring is same as ignoring. There’s a fine line between having fun and being offensive. Perhaps you should head your own advice

if you cannot see the humour of this thread and act all offended, then don't reply

What’s the matter? you don’t see the humor in it because it’s true. Just because Germans and Russians used our territory for long time dose not make it theirs, you can ignore it or simply don't care about it but your attitude on the subject won't change that fact or rewrite the history of the land that used to be Polish.

I suggest that we'll move the border to the west coast of the Kamchatka peninsula

Who knows even that might be Polish some day.
