As for your figures... done on the basis of racialism.... its not my concern. 3rd world or 100th world....we live in ONE WORLD.

Better schooling... arranging ratios...30% colored and 70% white kids...with teachers arranding seats etc...and doing everything neccessary so that they are always in contact with the native ppl from an early age... Moral education....classes for migrants... etc can help.

That's all well and nice but what do you do when you have violence coming from 3rd world immigrants? These people do not come from currently successful civilizations and have been raised with different attitudes and completely different ways of thinking. This poses two problems to your approach towards the situation:

The 1st one is straightforward enough. Let's be honest, these people by and large do not enrich the society to which they immigrate to. They do not improve the standard of living to those around them. They do not bring stability to the people of the nations which take them in. They are a burden for the tax-payer and bring little if any value to the society.

The 2nd one requires some thinking but is still easy enough to grasp.
They do not think like you or I if they come from war torn places or areas with tribal warring. It is hard for some people to comprehend that others don't think like them but when someone comes from a country where rape isn't looked down upon then I got news for you, that someone and you are worlds apart. You're not gonna convince them any different either, it's too hard wired into them. You simply have to use the language they're most likely to listen to if and only if they become violent or aggressive in your house.

If you try to ********* around with people who don't flinch at acting out violently and consider being non-violently arrested and placed in a comfortable police car a joke then you're seen as easy prey. I don't advocate the state handles its business any differently, I advocate people getting together and knocking some heads on their own. Everyday people gotta get medieval on crime when it crosses their path. Why be a victim?

I respect the chinese and how they have adapted and compete in the new world. Their citites are full of sky scrapers, their economy is booming, their science is highly developed. But all these inventions you sent a link to are more likely to come from white european people that settled and lived in China thousands of years ago. All the inventions in the world are from white european. The 4 ancient culture, China, Egypt, India and Babylon are all built by white European. Again - What has these cultures/peoples that you mentioned made since all these fantastic discoveries that you mention? The "thriving" communities as you put it. Did they suddenly make themselves super-intelligent and then become dumb again? How can you explain how the Inkas built super advanced structures and then have never built anything like it again? How come the Arabs discovered mathematics and astronomy, but today have nothing? How come the Egyptians live in poverty and build nothing, when they could build structures that even today would almost be impossible to build even here in Europe? All the cultures you mentioned have done nothing since they built these marvellous structures so many thousand years ago.

And for Norwegian inventions. There are hundreds, if not thousands of them. There are millions of Norwegians all over the world who have made technology and progress possible. Remember Norway is the best country in the world to live in.
