Americans try to defame Poland yet again.

@TheOther
In the case of WW1 the initial spark was the assassination of the Austrian Archduke Ferdinand in Serbia. Austria demanded the culprit be handed over, very much as the USA demanded Afghanistan hand over Osama bin Laden. When that didn't happen, Austria invaded Serbia and Serbia's ally, Russia, mobilized in Serbia's defense. At the same time, Germany invaded Belgium and headed for France. Britain, France and Russia had a mutual defense pact, as did Germany and Austria, so the hostilities between Austria and Russia drew the other allies in. I still blame the war on Germany, because if it had not threatened France the Serbian war would probably have fizzled out as a local conflict, but that's not the way alliances work. Besides, Germany had unfinished business with France arising from the Franco-Prussian war of the 1870s and had been looking for an excuse for a rematch.

More facts less Wikipedia dude.

Without Germany the I WW wouldn't be worldwide.

Don't be so naive -- without the French, Brits, Americans and Russians neither. All of them were more than happy to get at each others' throat. Only the Germans got blamed after the war; resulting in the Treaty of Versailles.

I admire your Wikipedia skills though.

No Wikipedia needed; that's basic knowledge.

Germany had unfinished business with France arising from the Franco-Prussian war of the 1870s

The other way round. Prussia had won the war, and the French were still pi*ssed off. Reading helps occasionally... :)

Rofled again. If not Germany Serbian conflict would remain local. That's common knowledge. Ya know. In countries where common knowledge is nothing extraordinary.

In countries where common knowledge is nothing extraordinary.

Obviously not in your country... LOL!

So stupid.

Looking at your nick and your xenophobic rants about the US, I wholeheartedly agree with you that you are stupid. Are you a Russian meathead? LOL!

Americans wiped out Indians. Wiped out Aztecs.

I think you'll find it was the Spanish who were responsible for the demise of the Aztecs. I can see that your musical education is also sadly lacking. Go on YouTube and listen to Cortez The Killer by Neil Young.

As for Americans wiping out 'Indians', the Indians were the Americans in those days and the Americans were just a hodge podge of settlers from different parts of Europe. You'll find that the Spanish had quite a hand in that as well. So what do you have to say about their genes?? We don't see them colonizing much these days do we? Incidentally the bulk of the native American population was wiped out by disease contracted from the settlers, to which they had no immunity.

Americans were just a hodge podge of settlers from different parts of Europe.

Nope. They ARE exactly that.

You'll find that the Spanish had quite a hand in that as well. So what do you have to say about their genes??

There are healthy people out there despite having (untriggered) genes responsible for let's say liver cancer.

No Nottykins you're wrong there. I have to give you an abbreviated pet name, your moniker is just too long and I do like to address people by name, especially when I'm reprimanding them - you, not being American, will be able to recognize the irony in that statement I'm sure.

Americans were a hodge podge of different Europeans, but at this stage, a distinctive American culture has emerged (which includes not understanding irony :)) and whilst different regions of America have their cultural identities, there is a sense of what it means to be an American that binds the nation together.

I'm reprimanding them

But the thread is about Americans trying to defame Poland yet again, not the Irish trying to defame Americans yet again.
You sure do have a ruff time staying On - Topic don't you. (ODC ?)
Americans DO NOT try to defame Poland intentionally that I am aware of as I am an American and I never heard such.
Now I have heard Itch the Irish and NTF the Pole defame Americans however. lol

I don't understand why in this threat people are talking about WWII, Germans and whatnot.

Americans DO NOT try to defame Poland intentionally

Ditto. Some narratives have more sway than other. Seems to me that due to the fact that Pol-Ams are not bothered in their daily lives by all that stuff spewed by some about Poland, WWII, Jews and so, they just mainly ignore it.

Those who are interested in peddling their own take on the history have an upper hand in prevailing with their own views( not necessarily correct as to facts).

Poland's academia and Poles in general have no interest to press their own narrative in America. Presuming that anyone writing history will base it on facts. (Also a lot of stuff is not published in English.)

Little did they know that progressives on American unis would take over and instead of history they would teach ideological bias and moralising.
Hence the clash.
Let me defame America, the only cute, really pretty and sweet girls in the US of A one can find in Des Moines...

Today a Jew was taken into custody. He's a suspect of swindling about 4 mil PLN from about 100 companies.

Take note that whenever something bad happens to Jews they're Jews and it has to be antisemitism but when they're the wrongdoers suddenly they become "Citizens of Israel" in western media lol.

Americans DO NOT try to defame Poland intentionally

They don't, true that. Most couldn't care less about Poland or Europe in general.

I don't understand why in this threat people are talking about WWII, Germans and whatnot.

Well, you were the one who started to talk about the Final Solution in post #27. What do you expect - especially here on PF? ;)

Most couldn't care less about Poland

Most Americans could not even find Poland on the map so why on earth would an American try to defame Poland ?
May I repeat, this is nothing more then an insecurity trolling thread to defame Americans, not the Polish.

Most Americans could not even find Poland on the map

Exactly, and most Americans have a very short memory, too. WW2? Wasn't that ... like ... ages ago ... ?

this is nothing more then an insecurity trolling thread

Yep.

Some people just cant take a joke.

What joke? I wasn't talking about the initial post in this thread, I was referring to this one:

Better and open Poland`s cooperation with Hungary and Serbia would be best virtual penis contact between the eyes to all who wants to defame Poland.

Now, Poles, you want to give that contact or you want to stay eternally in fear?
OP NoToForeigners 7 | 853    :-(
21 May 2017  #82

@Crow
You are wrong. We need no more thightened coop with Hungary or Serbia. Poland isnt scared! We will face those who try to bad mouth us EVERYTIME!!! We dont need Hungary or Serbia to do that!

If anyone thinks that Poland doesn't mean much on her own in todays world/Europe is a blind idiot. We are actually totally selfsufficient and because of our geo-political place we can DEMAND and DECIDE what is and what isnt good for us! We dont need EU un-democratic elites nor US of Terrorists to decide for us! NOT NOW! ITS NOT 1939 anymore!!!!

It is a great truth that nobody can`t fought your war for you Poles. You have to arise. To lead, even.

Anyway, we would be close in order to give THEM our own contact.

EU threating us with some silly sanctions is stepping on a thin line.

Ive never seen this show and would never watch it because its looks about as silly as the genius author of this thread.

I suppose there are idiots who watch the big 3 liberal run networks that suck, we call it free tv, its for ppl that can't afford cable or internet.

Interesting article, I believe you. I honestly have never seen this show, it`s a bit silly even for me..lol

I did seen the 2 and a half men Polish episode and I noticed the Polish joke, it could be taken as offensive, but not sure if that was the intent. Im not defending it by any means.

Charlie Sheen has Aids now, who didn't see that coming!
