I know of that English site, I am looking for a proper news website for Wroclaw. In the UK, local newspapers have free websites with local news, and the BBC has a regional service by county.

TV news websites and places like onet.pl might have what u want. or use local radio stations.

ummm wroclaw.pl is the official city website and wroclaw-life is about bars and restaurants...

gazetawroclawska.pl has everything you could possibly want, i read it everyday
also wroclove2012.pl, its in english, follows a lot of culture and euro related stuff
