I suggest a new Poland with gay marriage with universal recognition/passport etc

I was partly inspired by MareGaee's thread titled "I suggest a new location for Poland" and partly inspired that there is some people who are obsessed, some thinking ethnic Poles=Slavic, but this is not fact.

This is my idea of a NEW Poland (ie. this is not a proposition of changes to be made in Poland, but a completely new Poland in fantasy, with its own different history & so on, except for the same borders & neighbors)

it would be perfect if Poland was not Slavic but like Romania - Romans (whatis the word....) ie. trade the ethnicity of Poland by replacing it with Polonians , and make Romania - Rumunovo a homogeneous Slavic nation . also this Polonia would have 68% Polonians, 18% Russians, Belarussians, Ukrainians , 8% Germans and 6% Other(mainly Roma/Gypsies, Jews, Moslems. make also the ethnic Polonians 50% Lutheran, 30% non religious, 20% Other(eg. pagan, jehovah's witness, catholic, anglican, protestant)

make it also not a part of EU; because everyone would hate us so much and we wouldnt like the others either, but a part of NATO and the EEC so it wouldnt be poorer than todays Poland. 3 Official languages; Polonian, Russian, German

schooling for each ethnic group up to & incl. of secondary schooling in their own languages; German, Russian, Belarussian, Ukrainian, Roma, Jewish, Moslem

the Germans would mostly inhabit what is currently Lower and Upper Silesia - as an autonomous German speaking voivedship with Vroclava(Breslau) being the capital.

The ethnic Polonians would be physically no different to present day Sicilians or Greek Cypriots; or make that... identical to present day Sardinians and the language would be something like portugese.

Polonia would have as the only country in Europe legalised Gay marriage and could use Gay marriage to obtain Polonian citizenship. Drug laws would be the harshest in Europe comparable to singapores 10 year for possession of any drug, 2 year for being intoxicated with a banned substance, Death penalty for trafficking/importing/producing.

Even though the country overall seems liberall with Ethnicity tolerance, there would be official registration of Mixed race people- known as coloureds, and the coloured communitys would have to live in designated areas of countryside/town/city (like the coloureds in S.A. under apartheid)

Prostitution would be legal, throughout, brothel, street, etc. and tax free and receiving government support as 'social work' with benefits on top of the tax free salary and free medical & dental.

Tunisia a former Polonial dependency, would have the most of Polonian expatriates & ethnic Polonians living outside of Polonia with 6 to 8 million people.
While in Europe, Sweden & Norway would have most Polonian immigrants dating back to the 18th century when they were invited to help with specialised industries and building of infrastructure and would count 1 million in norway and 400000 in Sweden .

The third busies airport after Heathrow & Schipol would be Gothafen(ie. current polish gdynia), the Gothafen seaport being the busiest in the world.

Polonia itself would have a population of 51million. unemployment rate 10% , people living with HIV/AIDS: 0.2%

Polonia would allow the possession of firearms from the age of 16, provided the person in question has passed all 2 examinations on weapons handling & an extensive medical examination including mental health, & that of relatives going back 3 generations.

alcohol & tobacco use from age 16. Driver license from age 21 with very strict regulations for first 5 years of license. Legal age for sexual intercourse 12 years.

Please make your own versions of a new Poland, complete with a new name, language, ethnic people, religion and so on; I am especially counting on MareGae's response!

see,... laws in case with gay marriages could pass in Serbia. Really. Serbs are free people and they don`t mind if ALL people (citizens of Serbia) live their lives as FREE. But, it won`t be (it isn`t) wise when somebody tries to publicly promote ideas that belong to private life. Private life is private. Family people don`t demonstrate about their private life. Why would gays promote private life publicly?

Serbs are aware of gay population in their country. There are gays and they live their life as it is suitable to their necessities. They have rights to have job, as all other people- citizens of Serbia. They have right on their private life, as all other citizens of Serbia. They can, as all other citizens of Serbia, speaks in public media about their sexual life. They DO have their private lives but, it becoming problem to other Serbs when SOME REPRESENTATIVES of gay population insist to protest and publicly spread ideas about their sexual life. Serbs on streets would tell you- ``i have private life but, why would i organize demonstrations to spread ideas of my sexual life. Its something private. i have respect for other`s private lives and i have right not to be disturb by the private lives of others.``

Now, situation in public media escalated when even representatives of EU took part in support to gay `rights`. Why support? Gays have their private lives and majority of people in Serbs don`t give a sh** for gays. Nobody threatening gay population in Serbia. So, why support? Why would rest of Serbian population know more about gay life? Why? Who gives a sh** for my private or sexual life??? Can you imagine me, how i protest in the middle of Belgrade and publicly announcing my best sexual poses??

You must understand how Serbs feel. that EU really don`t give a sh** for Serbians. i mean, it (EU) only cares to complicate our lives, to force us to obey and to give up from our territories, to weaken us, etc, etc. but now, EU coming to speaks about gay rights, to divide population from inside, to spread ideas of pederasty, while even family people don`t feel necessity to spread ideas about their family lives. Serbs likes privacy.

BDW, i know some gays. Most of them was against that parade. They, as all other Serbs, respect their private life and didn`t want to go in public with it. But, `our` EU oriented politicians and EU representatives moved private life of gay population in public sphere. Why? i don`t know. In antic Greece, homosexual life was promoted as part of measures for birth control, due to limited life space of city states. But, why would EU likes to see less Serbs? Serbia isnt` that small.

See, Serbians are tolerant. Just, don`t push them >>> This riot- it was not only anti public gay promotion. It was also anti-EU >>>

158 injured, 249 arrested in Belgrade riots

Homosexual marriage legal in poland?

Not yet, however the tax office, despite being a function of government that doesn't yet recognise equal marriage, are apparently interested. Looks like this could be 'stealth recognition'.

"Not yet, " - and never will be. Jonny Poland is wrong place for you

Yonni, homosexuality is unnatural, a perversion, do you agree ?
Do not take offence, we'll stay friends as usaual, right ?

Bizarre and achievable only through state-mandated arranged marriages, abortions and euthanasia.

Legal age for sexual intercourse 12 years.

Disgusting and something only a pedophile would advocate for.

One can really ask himself how smell of one man`s sh** can be amusing to another man, true? But, we live in such a times that one who rising this kind of questions rather can think that is something wrong with him, that is he backward. i consider myself to be tolerant human being. i personally thinks that one can choose to live with goat if it suits him but, i would never think that it is normal. Nor would i allow that anybody convince me that these things are normal.

No, and nor do scientists. What the heck is a "perversion" supposed to be anyway?

Do not take offence, we'll stay friends as usaual, right ?

Why would anyone waste time thinking about a trolling post from some was wingnut who recommends books about ethnicity published by Goebbels?

One can really ask himself how smell of one man`s sh** can be amusing to another man, true?

Is it? Is it really? There's that celebrity cared who apparently likes that sort of thing (though he's straight) and the (almost certainly apocryphal) story about Lisa Stansfield, which I gather she's publicly denied (and finds it funny). About two women or two men doing that short of thing, I've honestly nevrer heard of it. I know Po3 defend seems to have a thing about it and had posted a few times here on that subject and all I can suggest is googling Pani Weronika Moser, a (now retired) internet start who apparently made a good if messy living out of her hobby.

After all, swinging, though it upsets weak minded people, isn't illegal is it?

That is when someone misuses their shlongicker in a twisted manner.
Inserting it into a unit that was designed for discharge only would be twisted perversion.

After all, swinging, though it upsets weak minded people, isn't illegal is it?

Why not go to Iran and give it a whirl jon and let us strong minded know how you came out on what is and is not legal.

Coming on this forum to promote your homosexuality on a regular basis shows that you are not quite as comfortable with it as you want others to believe.

I tried to tell you a year ago that Poland is not your best choice of places to live to flaunt your homosexuality.

A very interesting statement really, ruling out so much of what can be good in the bedroom, francuski miłość etc. As for the practice you inveigh against, many of my straight male friends seem to enjoy that. They certainly talk about it enough. Presumably their wives, partners, girlfriends and assorted ladies enjoy it too.

Why not go to Iran and give it a whirl jon and let us strong minded know how you came out on what is and is not legal.

What, swinging? No thanks. I think it's rather tacky, however if others of whatever sexuality want to, who am I (or anyone else for that matter) to judge...

I tried to tell you a year ago that Poland is not your best choice of places to live to flaunt your homosexuality

How on earth would you know about lifestyles here in Warsaw since you've never been to Poland. BTW, you can "try to tell" anything you like, however twenty happy years here just doesn't bear out even one word of what you're attempting to suggest...
johnny reb 17 | 3,530

many of my straight male friends seem to enjoy that.

"Straight" is the key word jon, they are not doing it with the same sex which is sin.
Since you are not a Christian and do not believe in the God Almighty it leaves the door open to make yourself a god.
This the difference, I live by God's laws and you live by man's laws.

who am I (or anyone else for that matter) to judge...

And who are you to tell me that sin is not sin.
I have a free choice to choose what is sin and what not is sin weather you agree or not.

How on earth would you know about lifestyles here in Warsaw since you've never been to Poland.

Oh jon, how many times have you used that for a crutch to justify your sin.
Go read the posts above this one and see that others who do live in Poland disagree with you and agree with me.
I don't have to live in a country Christian to know that they disapprove of sin.

So total back-pedalling. Remember, your words here are immortalised on the Internet:

It's not any "back-pedalling", pretending that pederasty is cool was done many times in the past. For instance in late Roman period. Somehow soon later the fall of civilization comes in.

jon is just rather frustrated that he doesn't have his gang here today to back him up.
Come Monday when my American friends are back jon will go silent on this subject again.
Poland is a Christian country and frowns on gays jon.
Go flaunting it around in public in Poland like you do here on the forum and well let's just say that you know better.

gang

There you go again,'johnny reb', trying to stoke arguments.

frowns on gays

That's a matter for the million or so who live here rather than yourself, who has only irrelevant and loud opinions rather than involvement or experience.

flaunting it around in public

Very hard to know what that silly expression is supposed to mean.

Go flaunting it around in public in Poland like you do here on the forum and well let's just say that you know better

I do know better. Two decades here in Poland never for a second pretending to be anything other than what I am and not one single problem. Ever.

Worth pointing out that thousands of people go to gay friendly bars and clubs every weekend without a single incident. These places operate freely and without anyone "frowning" - and a good night is normally had by all. Likewise, plenty of people live their lives freely and without discrimination.

Johnny's never been to Poland, so he simply has no idea how it works in reality.

Johnny's never been to Poland, so he simply has no idea how it works in reality.

You of all people should know how it works in reality delph.
Who am I to believe, two gay ex-pats posting on a Polish forum to promote homosexuality or my native Polish friends that I talk with on the telephone frequently and other native Poles who post on the same forum say ?

Guess why I choose the native Polish people.
They tell me what would happen in most places in Poland if two males were walking down the street holding hands and kissing.
(Flaunting it as the silly expression goes)

I tried to tell you a year ago that Poland is not your best choice of places to live to flaunt your homosexuality.

Very hard to know what that silly expression is supposed to mean.

That "silly expression" means two people of the same sex walking down the street kissing or doing other ill acts in public.

And of course you've never 'headed south' on a lady. Oh, the hypocrisy.

"Straight" is the key word jon, they are not doing it with the same sex which is sin.

What two people of the opposite sex do is normal, what two people of the same sex do sexually is abnormal and is called sin.

Why do the heterosexuals here not post about their sexual preference ever chance they get ?
jon you are the only one on here that continuously makes an issue of your sexual preference.
Why is that ? Are you hoping to meet others ? You think it makes you an authority on the issue ? Are you that insecure with it ? You just like the attention ? Do you think it makes you special ? What is it with you ?
jon357 63 | 14,124

By you.

You're entitled to hold or pretend to hold whatever bizarre religious views you choose. Others are equally entitled to ignore those views and just get on with life.

You mean the "Other" 1.5% of the population that live in a 98.5% Christian country can pretend to ignore their religious views.
Get real jon, you're not in **** pit London, you are in Catholic Poland, now answer my questions that you conveniently want to go away.

What is it with you ?

Poland is not anywhere near 98.5% Christian, given that the majority doesn't even meet the minimum obligations of their religion.

Delphiandomine, you are a turkish muslim.

In his picture he looks like a Scottish Jew.
He is parroting his protégé Harold about fulfilling obligations as delph is clueless.
delph doesn't understand the difference between being a Christian and fulfilling obligations of the church.
delph perhaps you could share with us what the Bible says about homosexuality in the Church of Poland ?

Who are you to define the minimum requirements to be part of the church?

I don't define them, the RCC does.

delph doesn't understand the difference between being a Christian and fulfilling obligations of the church.

There is no difference. If you proclaim yourself to be Christian, then you could at least follow the rules laid down by the founder of the religion.

delph perhaps you could share with us what the Bible says about homosexuality in the Church of Poland ?

The Bible doesn't say anything about Poland, given that Poland didn't exist until 966. Furthermore, what Church of Poland? You seem to be getting your religions mixed up, as it's the Orthodox church that's known as the Church of Poland.
