How hard is it to get Bank Loan in Poland for a foreigner?

I'm not a polish citizen and I was wondering how hard it is to get a loan sanctioned for a foreigner. I just started a job so i dont Have previous history of work in Poland. I do Have a fixed deposit in my bank acc around 35k. Can I get a bank loan based on this asset?

Bank looks on 1) permament job, 2) rich company 3) occupation and if will be easy to set an execution on your salary. Deposit and history of work doesn't matter.

I'm from Denmark and move in here in Poland for six month.I have my PESEL number but no ID yet .I'm a pensioner and get 7200 zloty every month.I'm trying to put my life back here in Poland.Can I get any loan ?HOW and WHAT ?thanks for answers,
