UK doctors will always come first

Well very few brits passout in medicine in UK. Few wanna study medicine. Here too same situation. Many good doctors are moving in management positions after MBA. I have few of them in my area , consulting. But we cannot fill those slots wit Polish or East european doctors, no way! Very poor skills and bad temper.

my issue is that we still give foreign aid to this country

Not really, they refused it. Check it out. But your goverment still wants to give them. Well, I work in consulting firm and many of my colleagues are brits, they tell me everything. Your country gets the most inward FDI from asian countries and not Poland. Just introspect. No point in hating asians. Hate these **** pakis, africans, arabs etc. Kick them out of UK.

you may want to revise your comments.

Well it may be in your family but dont generalise it. Very few brits want to study medicine and engineering, they are more intrested in management areas like investment banking.Brits are very good management chaps like Americans.

Are you telling me that Indians stood with Germans in WWII? As far as I was aware India was still a British colony and they were on our side...

Well they fought on your side and were captured by Germans. After that they fought with Germans till the end. We still have it in our minds, we have not forgotten it. You can find it on net. Before war also, we were supporting them against you.

Okay, I've worked on and off in Engineering for 11 years - I can tell you that EXCELLENT young British grads are coming through every year - I really have no idea where you get your ideas from, you really really are talking complete sh*te!!!!

Brits are very good management chaps like Americans.

We are also excellent in other fields.

areas like investment banking.

Plenty of Germans working in the City of London so it would appear you lot like these positions too.

Well it may be in your family but dont generalise it.

All their friends are from the same profession - they're all British, so Im hardly generalising!

After that they fought with Germans till the end.

I as I always say, Indians are not to be trusted!

Well not really, most of the bright engineers with leadership skills work in management today not technical areas. Most of my british fellowmates are engineers from reputed places in UK like cranfield with an MBA from best B schools.

I as I always say, Indians are not to be trusted!

Well I am sorry, if we go back to the history, you brits were the occupying forces so they were never with you. You forced them in the war. Today , they are the most reliable people. Otherwise they would have closed all the big plants in UK and outsourced it to India or China, but see they never did it. Rather , they recruiting more of you brits. Well the indie guys who go to Poland are really cheap idiots. My indie colleagues also dont like them, crap stuff. You poles be careful of this indie stuff in poland. They are like pakis , nepalis, bangladeshis.

MBA from best B schools.

,, yawn.. which means you can regurgitate informaton somebody else thought of .. take tests reasonbably well. Congratulations on that. B schools teach you scenarios.. not innovation. Where is the real money at? Not in some glorified lackey.

Where is the real money at? Not in some glorified lackey.

Well a simple chap cannot understand those scenarios. Real money is in investment banking or management consulting or entrepreneurship. Most of the engineers yearn to work for these 2 areas but they cannot get there. Most of the industry leaders also come from management consulting. Well, you may learn innovation but not turn up as an inventor or perhaps an innovator.

When Munni arrived in this fertile, sugarcane-growing region of north India as a young bride years ago, little did she imagine she would be forced into having sex and bearing children with her husband's two brothers who had failed to find wives.

Ah, good thread. I think many of the gents from those countries would be right royally whipped into shape by Polish women. They may have seen smiling, pretty faces but they didn't see the fangs ;)

I had heard of Poland mentioned in my history book apart from that I have no memory of hearing anywhere or did I bother to find out more till I went London from Newcastle. In London, I got really close with Polish people. They got me into their music and also food...I have no contact with them now even though I am still in London but I still have so many Polish friends. I have so many fond memories of singing Polish songs while sipping beers and whisky and I know there are more to come which I will definitely share here.

At least 99% of such posts come from trolls. When people cross half of the world to end up in totally different countries from theirs, they always move to countries where they'll find large communities of their people in order to help them and in order to feel more comfortable.

It is most doubtful that a Nepalese, Nigerian, Indian or whatever .....wants to come all the way to Poland, to a country in which they won't be able to fit and which does not offer more than anywhere else. As said, they go to countries with alot of their countrymen already live. People shall tell me about those Indians working in IT. Sure but said Indians come with work contracts from western companies they don't simply immigrate to Poland.

Such posts written from trolls only aim at provoking racist reactions (not too hard in PF).

Such posts written from trolls only aim at provoking racist reactions (not too hard in PF).

I said the same when I wrote in the first page of this thread, which of course was ages ago.

Its mainly by trolls who are very frequent here, and more severely by Greek and UK ones, as immigration has been a major issue for debate there which has created a group of Neo-Nazis who get the fresh opportunity to blame someone for their worthlessness. They think that the presence of an Indian or a Chinese is directly the reason behind his worthlessness. He also feels that the girl who is not interested in him is only because she MUST BE interested or have been lured by an Indian or Bangladesh or Black or Middle Eastern man.... Its a theory which only suits the people with a severe inferiority complex and some strange mixture of phobias.

I do know people who come to Poland from Eastern countries, and they come either for work or sometimes for studies. By now I have known some 30 odd people from India or Middle East in Poland, among them were mostly muslims. Only 5 married into Polish women, while others had girlfriends back home to whom they were very honest. Neither were they pressing their religion, nor were they running after Polish women. Only by a natural way did some end up liking each other (with Polish women) here and ended up married, one of them now have children.

I myself married a Korean girl, and have a daughter and a son.

I am from £ódź, and I live with my wife and children and whole family here. Never been any problems, and never any racist remark to my wife or my children. In fact, its the contrary and people really appreciate her living here away from her native country, which is not always easy for people. WHERE IS THE PROBLEM? - perhaps only in PF.

point out one person on PF that has a problem with you living in £ódź with your Korean wife because I'm not sure what on earth are you talking about.

talking about.

Its the age old argument on weather Poles are racist and narrow minded on other races. Just because we don't have such diverse communities like UK, France, Germany or Sweden, it doesn't mean that we frown or behave racist. That is the point.

You can't generalise, LTB. Some people are racist and some aren't. Some are naturally prejudiced due to fear of the world and hatred of the other whether that manifests as racism, homophobia, xenophobia, sexism etc and some are healthier and less prejudiced.

Among Indians, Pakistanis, Nepalese there is also bigotry as well as openness. There isn't any fascination with Poland at all, however those who have heard of it, know it as a smallish country in the heart of Europe and are interested in what it's like.

polish women (though average looking among euro ladies) are MUCH MUCH more attractive than their women

Yes I admit most indians are ugly, I'm indian btw. But again the country is too large to generalise. Most of the ugly ones are from the south, the east and central india. North indian women are stunning.

Could it be perhaps a lot of the highly skilled IT people and those in the medical field will get paid more in Poland than Nepal/India/Pakistan?

For all those that seem to think Indians are mad about western women let me give you my opinion. I'm from India and I can confirm that many Indians do find Europeans attractive. And yes some are mad about them. I know exactly what kind of people you are talking about, I have seen them here. But please, try to understand that there are many many Indians who don't give a ****. Come to India and see for yourselves and besides, we like Eastern Europeans because they aren't arrogant and aloof like Western Europeans. The whole image about India being a barbaric, backward country when it comes to women and rape etc are right to some extent. That depravity goes on in rural areas. all the articles and stories you read concerning violence are generally from there, not urban india. Trust me, they're like two different worlds. Because of the sheer number of Indians, there are loads of them who are sexist, mad about white women and are ugly. But at the same time there are loads and loads who you don't see or read about that are perfectly normal. If all of us were so uncivilised you'd read about us int eh newspaper a whole lot more. And it really ****** me off when someone says Indian women, or even men for that matter are ugly. Again, im being as neutral as possible and I will admit there are many Indians who i have seen that are very very bad looking to say the least but please visit Punjab, Kashmir, Uttarakhand and New Delhi. You'll see better looking Indians there. The problem is that because of all the American TV shows with the typical stereotypical Indians that they portray, everyone seems to believe that this is what all of us look like. No. We're a grossly diverse country with people that look and talk differently. Just the way you Poles are not the same as Belorussians, Bosnians, or Moldovans just because you're all from eastern europe for example.

It also has to do with socioeconomic status like dalits tend to be darker than the top castes because they're more exposed to the sun.
