MoOli 9 | 480 8 Jul 2012 #4I have ridden bikes around Warsaw and felt pretty safe,but do use helmet,lights on bike and usual biking gear and keep cool with aggressive motorists.And check out the blog:BEING HAD* by an american who lives in Belarus now,and had a incident in Warsaw because of his attitude.
