I would like to get some market value of 100% hand made paintings on clothes. Value could be in PLN or in Euros.

Any idea what percentage of the population would want a personalise t-shirt with drawings of their partner or pet or anything else?

I am attaching some pictures of these hand made drawings on few garments.

thanks

sorry could not attach them, as I am having error. :(

A friend of mine was painting teeshirts like that and another one was selling them. I think he got about 20 or 25zl for them but found them very hard to sell. This was about 10 years ago though. I suspect everything depends on where you sell them.

right 10 years ago at that price! seems a bit fair. I believe that the market has widen and out of curiosity I wanted to see that peeps on PL might want to pay for something like this.

How long does it take to make ?
How much are the material costs?
How much will your distribution cost be?
Are you selling online, from a shop or both?
Who are your target market?

A t-shirt that was hand painted in the UK you would charge anything from £50 to the skys the limit, depending on location and you costs.

I have seen a pair of converse hand painted by Ronnie Wood (Rolling Stones) and they were on sale for £2500!

How long does it take.. 3-4 hours, depending on the drawing itself.
Material could cost around 50zl - 80zl depending on the drawing again.
It will be sold online - so distribution costs incurred by buyer.
Selling it only online (at the moment)
Target market would be people who uses garments. well, to be more specific- age range would be 10-40 years who would consume those goods.

50zl - 80z

People can buy a designer tee-shirt for that in TK Maxx. You'll find in PL that people are very careful with their money when they buy clothes.

I have seen a pair of converse hand painted by Ronnie Wood (Rolling Stones) and they were on sale for £2500!

If it was by Fred Wood from the pub round the corner they might fetch a fiver - only a collector would be interested in something expensive hand-painted by an ageing singer.

Yh, I know, hopefully there will be a bunch who will be interested in my products given that there is a lot of work behind it!

I wish you luck - the key is selling them in the right place, meaning somewhere you can attract people who've got money and might buy them.
