Is work visa in Poland issued for the period corresponding to validity of a work permit?

Does the Work visa (National) is issued for the period of time corresponding to validity of a work permit exactly or more ?? Please note that there is a time lap between the work permit starting time and the visa issuing is date 15 days due to some administrative delays . Thanks

As far I know, the period for which a visa is issued is strictly dependent on the reason of issue. The employer shall issue a declaration of intention to work for a for a specific period of time, and this period is a measure of how long a work visa is valid. For example if it's issued for 5 months, the validity period of work visa will be also 5 months.

I applied for Poland working visa but my agent he fill up form total wrong and embassy rejected me twice for same reason now I fill up again new form but it already 3 months already pass in my work permit but validity of work permit is 1 yrs u think I can apply with same work permit again or I need next work permit pls advice me
