Hello all,
Can somebody brief me on the work contracts in Poland. Is there a common contract agreements across all employers or does it differ from employer to employer??? I had an intial contract for 7 months, which got extended to 1 year. I still have few more months to complete it. I am wondering, what next, another 1 or 2 year contract or a 5 year contract which is more or less like permanent.

a) my first contract was for 7 months
b) second contract for 1 year
c) third contract for 1/2 years or 5 years(this is renewed every 5 years) ??
