Road to home Impassable, what are the Gamina's responsibilities

Hi I don't know if anyone will be able to help me on this but...

I live off the beaten track about 900 metres from the main road, Since the end of the summer my road has been completely un-drivable. Have spoken to the Gamina who are responsible for the road, the story is always the same we can't do it its too wet or we can't do it its frozen or we can't do it we have no digger driver.

As this has now been going on since September as you can imagine I am getting frustrated with the 900 metre walk to an from my house twice a day.

Does anyone on here got any suggestions or advice in terms of what legal right do I have to have a road to my house??

Those are all sensible excuses from the gmina - they do have to fix it but it can take years and they obviously can't cheaply stabilise a mud track when it's wet and icy.

Do you have neighbors or just you ? When I had a similar issue I went with 4 neighbors and discussed first with the Soltys who then hassled the Gmina about it. We got it done eventually.
