Looking for law help of business balance with a person from Poland

Hello Everybody,

One of our polish customer is delaying to pay our balance and making excuse all the time.
Is anyone here know how to settle this?

With a base ball bat!
Go through the normal uk procedure for non payment, small claims court, if you have given the time to pay.

And how is that helpful - the OP is in China...?
