Like in the usa initially the municipality will put a lien on the property and auction the lien, usually in 4 quarters or 1 year then the lien holder eventually starts charging high interest rate and eventually grab ones property.I always wondered what happens in Poland as I know some people around dont pay there property taxes and chyncz, and how long they can get away with that and whats the process?

1. They remind you about your loan sending warning,
2. next they write a document which is called "tytuł wykonawczy" and send it to the Tax Office.
3. executor from the Tax Office take away your money which you have in the bank, your employee wages, your car or whatever you posses,
4. if step 3 is not successful they will take their way towards your real estate etc
