EU citizen and marriage in Poland - legalization difficulties?

I am non-EU and my fiance is Estonia citizen. We wish to get married in Poland. I hear that the legalization of marriage is easier in some small villages across the country and I would like to know which one. Also I would like some advice on how to proceed with this. She is flying over from Estonia for only a couple of days and we want to get it done in that time. Thanks.

I don't know where you heard that. It is certainly untrue - the same formalities apply everywhere in the country. If you search the forum There are lengthy threads about the documents required but your situation is unusual in that neither of you is Polish - prepare for a world of pain with official translations
