Advice needed on non payment of supplied goods in Poland - do I need to contact a lawyer?

I have problem with my polish customers.She had problem with the customs,and she owed me more than 40000USD for dresses order from me,and i already shipped goods to her,but now she have no money to pay me,how i can do?may i get lawer to contact her?

If you are saying that you sent $40,000 worth of stock to another country without payment than you don't need a lawyer. You need to get a job working for someone else where business decisions can be made by someone with better judgement.

Maybe,i trust her too much,i do business with her 8 years,before never like that

As far as I can see from what you have written here, you will probably need a lawyer to collect this debt from your Polish customer. If she has refused to make the payment by now, probably there is no other option. I am a lawyer based in Poland, so I would be able to help you with this. contact:

Thanks so much,the problem that i have no any money for lawyer.And i didn't have contract,only have her e-mail and her SMS which she promised would pay for me and she owed me is fact
