Pakistani married to Polish Girl in Sweden

Hi All,
I am from Pakistan and It's been 4 years I am in Sweden. I got married with a Polish girl and I am wondering what would be the requirements to move to Poland through a Family Permit. I hope you can send me some concrete links that provide the information. Thanks in advance.

You should be able to get free advice regarding this from the Polish embassy or one of its consulates in Sweden. That's what they are there for.

It's advisable you take your Polish wife with you if and when you visit.

I think its going to be a bit difficult for you to move to Poland, since you are illegal Immigrants in Sweden, but you need to advise your polish wife to look for job contracts so that you can be able to register your self with Swedish immigration, but if you want apply for EU family permit trough polish embassy in Stockholm, you need to have been living in Sweden legally , In Most cases polish embassy required you Hold permanent residence in Sweden, which I know if you have it you will never married to polsih lady........ you will look out for Muslims ladies lol

Why do you assume they are in Sweden illegally?
He might be qualified and on a work permit, so can his wife (not even sure if she needs WP for Sweden...)

Not necesarily. Although I agree that the Polish wife might be a remedy for an expiring visa, I wouldn't assume that that he is there illegally. I know many Pakistanis that wkrk legally for international companies.

You can consult you legal advisor he will suggest you how to get family permit after your marriage.

How did you assume I am illegal in Sweden? You are such a loser man. I finished a Master with "A" grade in more than 50% courses and I was in Sweden on a Scholarship for studies. Now I am earning 5000 (euros) per month with taxes working for the EU and have a full work permit.

Kindgom26 if you are refering to United Kingdom I should tell you that you came to my country as a "Biscuit Seller" and the industry you have now is built on the blood of my fore fathers. You didn't had any visa to enter my country and you killed, raped so many innocent people in my land. Today all the corruption money in my country is stored in your banks. 85% of my country budget goes to a conflict (Kashmir) you left behind. Don't even dare to open your mouth again.

@luckykhan Do not mind people like APF, Kingdom26, sobieski. Most of them are white trash who have not accomplished much, they are angry at society for the oportunities they didn't have, so they take it out on foreigners.

They dream of an all white-suprimisist nation where they and their all-inbred family can watch reality TV and feel superior just for being white (not having accomplished anything individually) just dont take them seriously, nobody does.

If I finds a suitable and family oriented girl, I will surely marry a girl it doesnt matter to me where she comes from, I am Pakistani living in Sweden for the last three years with valid Swedish residence permit and I have the Danish residence permit as Well, but I found Polish girls are more family oriented rather than playing games

It's really strange that small people need to come on here and criticize someone who has worked hard, got the education and made a real effort in life to get where they want to be. I don't support illegal immigrants or people who just want to take advantage of a society but this guy seems to have really made it, the right way.
