Non-EU country citizen on tourist visa - could anyone help me with Karta Pobytu?

Good afternoon, I would like to ask you for a help, I am from Algeria 'North Africa' I was contacted by a Polish agency to be hired and they asked me to send them 'decyzja', the only thing i know about this is 'Decision'. Please could you explain me what is it ? and what is it for and how do i get it ? Thank you !!!

'Decyzja' is a Polish word which means just a 'decision' in English. They told you to send them 'decyzja' but I don't know what kind of decision they need. There's no such thing like just 'Decyzja' - it must be followed with some explanation in regard to what this decision is about. You should ask them.
