Ottomann 2 | 1 22 Aug 2010 #1Hello to everyone!I'm new to this forum but I havean urgent question to all sophisticatedmembers:Is there a possibility to check a land registernearby Bytow directly by Internet??I would appreciate it very much if somebodycould help me ;-))Thanx in advance,Otto Mann
delphiandomine 88 | 18,163 22 Aug 2010 #2Otto - no, it's not available online - you have to write to the court in question to find out about who owns what and where. It's a rather bureaucratic process I'm afraid - especially if you don't know the "property number".
Lukasz K - | 103 22 Aug 2010 #3You can do some online:You can check property number on maps here:geoportal.gov.pl (you press "mapy" and then choose option "kataster").And if you know the number of "księga wieczysta" you can check who owns a plot on-line there:ekw.ms.gov.pl/pdcbdkw/pdcbdkw.htmlGreetingsLukasz
delphiandomine 88 | 18,163 22 Aug 2010 #4Wow - when did they put that online?!Thank you Lukasz, that's incredibly helpful :)
OP Ottomann 2 | 1 23 Aug 2010 #5Thanks a lot to Lukasz K for this real competentanswer!!It really helps.....I'm now getting closer to my target:I'm now looking for the correct "Ksiega Wieczysta" Nr.The notary gave me this number. But on the contract there are other numbers givenlike 78/4 .......So I did try to check at:ekw.ms.gov.pl/pdcbdkw/pdcbdkw.htmlIn the first box I selected SL1B (for Bytow-[the property is located near Polczno]) -in the middle box the number **664 -but what do I have to put in the last Box?Can anyone help me out ;-((Thanx a lot in advance!Otto Mann
