Hi everyone,

Could you give me some guideance and help please, I am worried and not sure what to do.

My mother lives just outside Warsaw, she visited me for the first time in London 1.5 months ago for 2 weeks. She drove my car and got caught for speeding on a camera, was photographed from behind the car and the forms came to me.

She went back home and now I have to fill in the forms with her details, She is 74 years old, and I am worried now what will happen to her polish license and any fine and points she may get against her license at home.

Does this mean she will have points on her Polish license ? are the polish police instructed to follow up on behalf of the UK police to inforce the points, or a fine or even worse Court proceedings?

Has anyone has a similar experience ? what should I do ?

Thank you for your help.

Just fill it in, she'll get a letter with the fine to be paid. She won't get any points (the only mutual agreement is with the Republic of Ireland) on her licence.
