buying a new mobile phone on allegro (is it safe ? )

Seems legit. Note that you may need to pay duty tax on top (ships from US).

well when i reach the last level of payment .. the price stays the same .. no additional payments on tax payments ...

I know what you're talking about ,because i noticed that on polish ebay .. an item seems cheap and shipment price is ok ,but when you want to purchase it ... you'll be surprised that there's an import tax or something (especially if the item is from the US )

you may need to pay the duty tax only upon receipt in order to claim your item, and that's in addition to what you've already paid for...

so i'll avoid buying it for now ... better for me to wait until the mobile is available in poland ...

That's up to you, but the seller appears honest and states this fact in the ad...
Duty tax is due on all merchandise from the US/Asia, it is up to your luck whether or not your package is selected for inspection by customs.
