Seems different legal act clause for adults and minors for pesel.

I need Legal act clause for minor.

I think it's connected with the purpose of obtaining this PESEL number - why do you need it?

Thanks for your reply, I've applied pesel for my son and they replied me with a notice to fill this and come.

Now it's harder to get it - it must be a very good reason why you need PESEL number (in this case for your child). And it have to be required by a Polish law, therefore they want to know which legal act refers to this need.
