Advice needed on opening a Brazilian style cafe/bistro in Krakow or Warsaw (best place / price)

Hello.

I am planning to open bistro/cafe in Poland. It will be very typical with special things from my country.

But I am still thinking about the best place to open, the price and if there is any place where I can make the store and have, uppstairs or even in the back, my own flat.

For those who have experience, is 100.000,00 zl enough to start? Thinking about people to work (1 or 2), rent and taxes?

thanks

Somebody could help me with all information needed to open a business in Krakow/Warsaw? Like I said, the business will be brazilian style. Music, etc and food. I would like to have a menu with different foods from different regions of our country. Not like this Browardebrasil. I am planning something smaller and with more stile.. Thanks in advance.

Food, restaurant. Love Brazilian food.
No matter which cuisine, North, Northeast, South or Southeast.
Come back here with the address, when you are up and running. :)
Good Luck.

For now, only cooking for my wife's family when visiting them. lol. Let's see if we can get all information and start this project! My idea is to focus on Minas Gerais food, since they use a lot of pork meat. Also pão de queijo, biscoito de polvilho, goiabada, etc etc. Cheers!
