Hi Leonis, good try ! but:
>> Pan Malicki and Pani Malicka is Państwo ..... Maliccy
And
>> Pan Janik and Pani Janik... Państwo Janik

Good luck in learning!

After thinking a while I think could be Janikowie as well as Janik :)
But I am sure about Maliccy :)

What about a name ending in 'zki' like 'Zawadzki'. Or a name derived from non-Slavonic roots like 'Miller' (as in Leszek)?

Thanks too.

One thing about learning Polish is that there are always surprises.

Pan Kowalski
Pani Kowalska
Państwo Kowalscy

BUT: (here's a wrinkle I just remembered!)

Pan Nowak
Pani Nowakowa
Panna Nowakówna [unmarried female]
Państwo Nowak [no change because final letter is a consonant]

I recently say an entry for certain foreign, notably various Germanic-sounding names like 'Heller' etc...

Pan Heller, Pani Hellerowa, Panna Hellerówna, Państwo Heller (along with the various declensions as with almost any name, Polish or foreign)

Państwo Nowak [no change because final letter is a consonant]

So Państwo Nowakowie is wrong, isn't it?

No, it is not wrong.
Panstwo Nowakowie is correct.
