Weirdnerd 1 | 1 12 Sep 2012 #1Hi, my grand parents ( father side) were Polish ( I do not speak it, but understand a little), they settled in South America just before WW2, and I always heard about the life in the old Poland, about the snow, the places and trips they did, one thing that got me interested was about camping equipment, I wonder if anybody knows where I can find information about pre war tents, lanterns, traditional gear, etc?...my wife thinks I am a little "cuckoo" about camping, but in a good way, I would love to know more about Poland.Werner
OP Weirdnerd 1 | 1 23 Sep 2012 #2Ok, I found that there was a manufacturer named " Luna" in Czecholsovakia, which made some pressure lanterns like this one:I wondered if there was any manufacturer which made anything like this in Poland?
