Hi,
Civil registration records for years 1874-1911 are in a state archives in Bydgoszcz. Their address is:
Archiwum Państwowe w Bydgoszczy
85-009 Bydgoszcz, ul. Dworcowa 65
0048 52 339-54-09
email: dz.info@archiwum.bydgoszcz.pl
bydgoszcz.ap.gov.pl

Tell them you are interested in a set (zespół)1620 Urząd Stanu Cywilnego Chojnice
They may charge you for doing the research so give them as much details as you have.

Later records in a local civil registry office in Chojnice (you will have to prove them you are a direct descendant of a person born in 1914.

Their address is:
Urząd Miejski w Chojnicach
Urząd Stanu Cywilnego
Stary Rynek 1
89-600 Chojnice
e-mail: urzad@miastochojnice.pl
