Kocienski, Cichocki - seeking any info re: Name/location you can provide

Hello I was so happy to find this forum. I have a few questions that maybe someone can help me with. It seems like there are many many very knowledgeable people on this forum!

My family is of Polish descent. One side of the families name is Kocienski and the other is Cihocki. Can any one give any information about what regions these names come from, if these could be shortened forms of original name & what spelling could be original, and any traits or meanings that the names may imply? I am very interested in gaining more information! Thank you!

-ski/-cki suffix is masculine, -ska/-cka suffix is feminine.

Ethymology of surname "Kocieński" - it comes from the name of place "Kocina" in Świętokrzyskie voivodeship. Here you have a map:
