I am looking for any family who may be related to a John Joseph Sobleskie or a Helen Sofia( Kowalski?) Both of whom came to the US in the very early 1900's.

Helen's birthday was December 15, 1899. I belive John's bithday to be in the last decade of the 19th century also.
I am their granddaughter and never met their parents. There are only a dozen of so Sobleskies in the US so I assume we are related by my great grandparents. thank you for any information you may have.

Sobleskie

It's probably misspelled name - probably nobody possess this name in Poland. I suspect that the name was Sobieski or maybe Sobolewski - both quite popular here.

Kowalski Jan

known as the most common name in Poland (the majority of sample forms at Polish post offices is filled with this name exactly)

early 1900's

1899

Another not much useful info: at those times was no Poland on the maps officially..
