I have two old envelopes with relatives addresses on them. I looked at a few websites to see how to read these but can't figure out the Nad or Zam. Is there some way to convert to a present day address and find on a map? Curious to see where these are. The addresses are below.

Nad: Person's Name
18-407 Podgórze
zam. Podgórze Nr 81
woj. £omża

Nad. Person's Name
18-400 £omża
Podgórze
Woj. £omża

Also, could anyone be of any help in identifying Catholic Churches near these addresses? Would be interested in information on Catholic Churches in the area from 1890 to 1910 time period.

Peter and Caprice49 - Thank you for the information.

As a follow up to the original post I made, I looked up Poland's Postal Codes and there is not one listed for 18-407. Could this be an outdated postal code?

Second new question on the addresses: Does the Podgorze Nr 81 identify a street or house number? How would I enter that into the map link that Peter provided?
