what are the laws regarding fresh veg and meat preparation in poland, i am a british chef who will be going out to poland to help my dad set up his business and want to know the rules regarding this? i have been told by a friend that you may need separate rooms completely to do this. please help

I really dont think so that you need seperate kitchens for meat and vegetables but for sure to cook eggs there are some serious laws.

I don't think asking us will be very helpful. You need to talk to similar business owners directly in Poland. They will know all about it.

I can tell you straight off that you will have to deal with Sanepid, the Fire Service - and other government departments. The paperwork will kill you before you even start. Ask any 'veg and meat' businessman in Poland.
