I don't know her name. My Polish isn't good enough yet to catch it if she says it. I made her "Kurczak z grzybami," and it was perfect! When I watched her Youtube videos, I would use Google Translate to get some of the ingredients, but for the process, I just watched what she did. I would greatly appreciate any help I can get.
