Polish Cook Information

Does anyone here know about this woman. It appears to me that she is maybe working for a tourist website, but I'm not sure. I'm wondering if she has any cookbooks or DVD's that I can buy. I don't know her name. My Polish isn't good enough yet to catch it if she says it. I made her "Kurczak z grzybami," and it was perfect! When I watched her Youtube videos, I would use Google Translate to get some of the ingredients, but for the process, I just watched what she did. I would greatly appreciate any help I can get. Thank you all.

The Cook's name is Miroslawa Wilk.
Yes, it seems that she works also for the agroturistic:

I couldn't find any other publications beside those online, for example check some of her recipes here:

Polish American cook/chef site

Very useful site with a lot of recipes and detailed photos. Certainly worth recommending. However, mostly in Polish.
